SLEEPS 2 : A Coach House style, single-storey Barn with its own private Hot Tub. The bedroom features a double ‘Bedknobs & Broomsticks’ style bed, a hand-painted antique chest of drawers, and an en-suite shower room. Spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams, leather sofa and antique pine table. Cosy feel with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. Wider doorways allow access for a manual wheelchair.

Outside, you’ve got a private, fully enclosed garden with a large ‘indoor-outdoor’ room housing your luxury Hot Tub. There’s also a patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture.
The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fitted oven, Belfast sink, microwave, fridge, kettle and four-slice toaster, with plenty of worktop space.
The lounge has a comfy sofa, log-burner, and Smart TV, all beneath vaulted ceilings with exposed oak beams. The bedroom leads off the living area and has a classic black ‘Bedknobs & Broomsticks’ style iron bed (non-flying). The en-suite has a fixed rose shower, loo, and basin, plus luxury hand soap.

Dog owners
We welcome up to three dogs per stay. Each Barn has a fully enclosed garden, plus we have a secure two-acre meadow for off-lead play and socialising. There’s also a smaller section for older or nervous dogs. Dog treats and a local breakfast basket are provided.
Ample off-road parking.
Hot-Tub Luxury in Suffolk
Stour Barn is one of five Private Hot Tub Barns set in a tranquil meadow next to The Granary, Woodfarm House and Meadow View Cottage. Each has its own garden and is surrounded by mature trees, a koi pond and a waterfall feature. There’s also a shared decked area overlooking the fish pond – ideal for sunsets.
We’re just outside Stonham Aspal, down a quiet country lane. Walks and cycling start from the doorstep, and the Suffolk Coast is only 30 minutes away. Free bikes and Wi-Fi are available.

Each Barn is individually styled with traditional Suffolk features like black weatherboarding, oak beams and floorboards or slate flooring. Stour is one of our ground-floor options.
All our Barns are named after local rivers. The River Stour runs from Sudbury through Constable Country to the coast.

With everything from a scrummy Suffolk Breakfast Basket with locally sourced produce, plus all your tea, ground and instant coffee, and sugar, to Egyptian pure cotton bed linen and all your bedding. We even supply Hairdryers and posh wooden coat hangers too.
For the Bathroom, you’ve got fluffy cotton towels, loo rolls, luxury hand soap, all as standard, and all hot tub Barns & Cottages come with extra towels, robes and slippers.
