1: Our Barns are set down a quiet country lane in Stonham Aspal, connecting you with the great Suffolk outdoors as soon as you arrive.
2 & 3: Our Dutch Barges are simply in two of the most iconic places in the entire county, in Woodbridge and Snape Maltings. They are moored on unique quaysides, where you will immediately be absorbed by the river views and abundant wild birds.
4: Over in Woodfarm Tuscany, you’ll immerse yourself in breathtaking scenery, overlooking the medieval city of Lucca.

Location of our Cottages & Barns in Stonham Aspal, Suffolk
All down a quiet lane just outside the village of Stonham Aspal in the heart of the beautiful rural Suffolk countryside, about four miles North of Needham Market.
We are perfectly situated for, erm, everything in Suffolk! The Barns are surrounded by fields, public footpaths, walks, clear skies, hedgerows, wildlife and tranquility that’ll make your shoulders drop if you are visiting from a town or city! Not a helicopter in sight.
Within half an hour, you have the choice of our stunning heritage coast, not one but two designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a plethora of historic villages and small towns. Woodfarm Barns was created with you and your holiday or short-break in mind.
In the middle of nowhere, yet still the middle of everywhere! Oh, and we have EV Charging facilities.
Our Dutch Barges in Woodbridge and Snape Maltings, Suffolk
Over on the Coast, both our Barges are in iconic Suffolk locations, which makes us very lucky, and very happy! You can easily reach incredible beaches, historic seaside towns, nature, culture, retail therapy, a ton of great coffee shops and delis, restaurants, and of course pubs!
Twee Gebroeders (the smaller one) is on the quay of the beautiful market town of Woodbridge, right next to the historic Tidemill. Lots of fabulous restaurants and pubs within a short walk. (IP12 1BW)
Onderneming (the huge one) is the prominent feature of the quayside at Snape Maltings. It’s a cultural mecca, with a world class concert hall, and a range of fabulous boutique shops, and a great pub! (IP17 1SP)

Casa Trebbio, 55100 Lucca, Tuscany, Italy
Ok, this one is a little outside Suffolk. Imagine yourself as the sun goes down, sipping a nice glass of Chianti, gazing across the valley from your Tuscan terrace, waiting for your dinner to come out of your pizza oven.
Having established the Woodfarm brand in Suffolk, we hopped across the sea and found a little house called ‘Trebbio’, located on a lush green hillside just 45 minutes by car from Pisa, and just 20 minutes from Lucca.
The little place with BIG views, Trebbio is our dog-friendly country place in a tiny hamlet called Piazza Di Brancoli. It’s a classic Tuscan farmhouse, sleeping two guests. It has air-conditioning and all the modern bits and bobs you could wish for.
