SLEEPS 2 : Woodfarm House is our flagship, the absolute best we have if you are looking for a big, high-end Suffolk romantic escape. Guests repeatedly tell us that this place feels like a real home rather than a rental, especially with the massive farmhouse kitchen and that huge open fire that is always ready to go. It is a stunning 15th-century thatched house where you have got heaps of space, from the oak-beamed lounge to the separate dining room for a proper sit-down meal.
The standout feature that everyone raves about is the fully enclosed courtyard garden, which is easily the most private we have as it is 7ft high close-board fencing. It comes with and outdoor shower and a covered garden room, housing your Hot Tub, so you can have a soak in total privacy. You have got a big heavy king-sized wooden bed that guests say feels like something out of a posh hotel, but without any of the stuffiness.
Because it is the heart of Woodfarm, your dogs stay for free and have that big two-acre meadow just across the lane to tire themselves out. It is the ultimate spot for a stress-free break where you can just shut the gate and enjoy the best of the countryside.

- We warmly welcome up to three dogs in all our Barns and Cottages, each with a fully enclosed garden.
- We also have a secure two-acre meadow gives dogs space to run and play, with a smaller area for older or nervous dogs.

A large, oak-beamed lounge, with an inglenook fireplace and squishy sofas, leads through to your dining room. Upstairs you’ll find a king-sized bed, dressing room, and bathroom with a ‘Ball & Claw’ footed roll-top bath. Huge farmhouse kitchen.
Fully enclosed private ‘courtyard’ garden, with a fabulous ‘indoor outdoor’ room, with your luxury Hot Tub, as well as a charcoal BBQ, and table and chairs for Al Fresco dining.
For your convenience, there’s also a really smart outside shower, right next to your Private Hot Tub.
