Twee Gebroeders

Had a fantastic 2 nights. Gorgeous weather! V. lucky! Little coffee van @ Tide Mill Museum is lovely! Woodyard pizza was V. nice – had these on deck with a bottle of Norfolk Rosé in sunshine with Fleetwood Mac CD playing = Happy Times! Magical when tide is in especially! Lovely walks either way. Cafe by station is great. Barge is so comfy – all you need! Thank you for welcome package. Our dog (Mike) was 12 on this trip, so we spoiled him at The Dog Business dog shop in town. Dinner at The Anchor was delicious – do go there! Bed very comfortable indeed. We loved everything about the barge & location – we will be back. Thank you.

A lovely, relaxing holiday with glorious weather. The barge is very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. The welcome breakfast basket was greatly appreciated and enjoyed, and our dog Annie appreciated her bag of treats. We all enjoyed the pleasant walks and hospitality – cafes and pubs around.

A lovely relaxing week with glorious weather. Thank you for repairing the gangplank very quickly. The area is beautiful and the harbour is a very relaxing place. A great place for a base to take days out or just sit on deck with a good book and an Aspall cider or two!! We’ve enjoyed our 33rd anniversary stay here and would love to come back sometime. Thank you for the traditional breakfast and other goodies – they were lovely.

We had the most glorious weather while aboard the Twee Gebroeders. This spot is stunning when the tide comes in 😊 We enjoyed many river walks together, both directions have beautiful views, along with places to stop for a drink or something to eat. We attempted fishing from the boat but sadly didn’t succeed. The Longyard is very interesting and literally a stone’s throw away. We had great fish and chips from the Cumberland Fish Bar on the top of the high street, and enjoyed cooking that beautiful breakfast you supplied on the range (boat does get very hot while on). Thank you.

We had a lovely stay onboard the barge. Everything was perfect with a few luxury touches with the breakfast hamper and treats for Buddy 🐾! Enjoyed a lovely pizza or two from the Woodyard and explored Woodbridge town. Purchased some delicious fresh for lunch from Bakehouse Bakery (the samosas are lovely). Spent most of our time just relaxing onboard. Will defo rebook again for a breakaway from the normal hustle & bustle of life! Thank you for a great weekend.
