All of our properties have Visit England Gold Awards, and we have featured in The Times, The Mail, on BBC, ITV, and LBC, as well as numerous publications. Onderneming was in The Times ‘Best Unusual Holiday Homes’ article, and Twee Gebroeders was in their feature on ‘Love Nests’. We have also appeared in The Daily & Sunday Mail articles on unique floating holidays. We think this lot, along with our reviews, means we might be a good option for you. Woodfarm Barns
Consists of eight Barns & Cottages for couples. They each sleep two human guests, as well as up to three canine guests too. They offer the perfect romantic break in the heart of the Suffolk Countryside. There are six Suffolk Barns, of which five have Private Hot Tubs. The only one that doesn’t is The Granary Barn. We then have two Cottages, which are Woodfarm House, and Meadow View Cottage. Both have Private Hot Tubs. You can look them all over here. They all have fully enclosed gardens, as well as an extra fully-enclosed 2 acre Meadow for you too (more below on that).
Woodfarm Barges
Is made up of two amazing Dutch Barges, which are lovingly transformed former cargo vessels, both over 120 years old. Twee Gebroeders in Woodbridge is perfect for a romantic break, or a small family, and Onderneming at the iconic Snape Maltings is a fabulous place to relax with friends or a larger family. We welcome up to three dogs aboard each. Have a look at them here.

Dogs welcome @ Woodfarm
We welcome up to three dogs in all our cottages, with a £15 charge per dog per break. They all have secure, private gardens and we leave doggy treats for our four-legged friends. We also have a fully-enclosed 2 acre meadow for our four-legged friends to meet each other. There’s seating for the two-legged guests too. Woodfarm Tuscany
Lastly, our Tuscan holiday cottage is on its way to completion. The renovation is almost complete and we are hoping to begin taking guests once it’s safe to travel abroad again. If a tranquil Italian getaway sounds like your idea of fun, visit the Woodfarm Tuscany site to follow our progress.
The COVID bit
We are fortunate that we are surrounded by open countryside, and social distancing from others is easy at Woodfarm. Our Barns are very separate from each other, and our Barges are naturally independent too.
Additionally, we have a very strict cleaning regime and now have virucidal products for all of our housekeeping, with surfaces sprayed down in between guests. Please feel free to read more about our Coronavirus cleaning regime.
If you book and there is a further lockdown affecting your break, we will credit the money you have paid to a future stay. There will be no restriction on when you have to book it, or when you have to take it. We won’t take any balances due until we know we are able to proceed. I guarantee that you will not lose any money.
GDPR gubbins
We only ever contact you if you’ve contacted us. We absolutely never share your info and we retain it purely and simply so we can keep you informed. Informed of our regular Competitions, Exclusive VIP Offers, Cancellations, Events, Places of Interest to you, and News from around the beautiful County of Suffolk. It is called Marketing. We keep you informed of this good stuff so that you may consider us when making your holiday and short break decisions.
If you do not wish to hear about the things mentioned you can opt out at any time simply by unsubscribing, or emailing and asking us to unsubscribe you. We do not bombard you. This is just a small, independent business, having fun and working hard to promote escapes from the norm in Suffolk; that’s all. We are not out to get you!

We have built our database in a very professional and responsible way and continually give you the opportunity to not hear from us again.
