Woodfarm Tuscany, aka Casa Trebbio, is a fully restored little farmhouse in a tiny hamlet in Northern Tuscany. It’s very high up on the side of the Garfagnana valley, with breathtaking views across to the beautiful historic town of Lucca, which is an easy 20 minute drive. It’s just 45 minutes from Pisa airport, and car hire is a piece of cake.
It’s a really sweet home from home, with an amazing air conditioning and heating system, stone pizza oven and BBQ on the East and South facing terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy and cosy bedroom, great lounge, and a ‘wetroom’ bathroom. All with the most incredible breathtaking views across the valley to Lucca!
And just like all our places in Suffolk, it’s Dog-friendly too, welcoming up to three furry family members. The terrace is fully enclosed.
Why Tuscany? I’m Carl (the owner) and I have two favourite places on this little planet of ours. Suffolk and Tuscany. Having built my business in Suffolk, firstly on dry land and then onto the water with our Barges, I expanded it just a little further! For guests who know and trust the Woodfarm brand, this is an opportunity to experience another part of the world that I love.
Scenery, food & drink. That’s what a holiday or short break here is all about. We have the most amazing location to explore this beautiful area, as well as enjoy some ‘me time’ from your own Tuscan terrace.

Trebbio, our hidden treasure, is high on a hillside, and you have to walk the last few minutes up a steep stone path. Please read this section prior to booking to ensure that it is going to suit you.
