Stour Barn guided tour

Stour Barn guided tour of the virtual tour

This is a video that I shot, giving you a guided tour of the virtual tour of Stour Barn. It’s part of our series of ‘You Ask, We Answer’ videos and blogs that cover loads of our FAQ’s, or Frequently Asked Questions, but with a (we hope) a really helpful deeper dive.

At Woodfarm Barns & Barges, we understand that planning the perfect getaway involves many questions and uncertainties. To help you navigate through these and to ensure you have the best experience possible, we’ve launched our ‘You Ask, We Answer’ initiative. This approach isn’t just about promoting our Barns, Cottages and Barges; it’s about providing valuable information, solutions, and peace of mind to our prospective guests.

Anyway, this is the video, and the transcript is below it if you wish to go back over anything.

This is what I said…

Stour Barn features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully fitted with:

  • An oven
  • A microwave
  • A kettle and toaster
  • A fridge with a small freezer compartment

You’ll also find plenty of glasses, crockery, and cutlery, along with ample workspace for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay.

The dining area has a table situated by the back door, providing a cosy spot to enjoy your meals.

Living Area

Adjacent to the dining area, you’ll find the living space, which includes:

  • A comfortable leather sofa
  • A wood burner, perfect for snuggling up on winter evenings
  • A smart TV

The Barn boasts high vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere.

Bedroom

From the living area, you can navigate to the bedroom using the arrows or the submenu on the left. The bedroom features:

  • An iron double bed with bedside tables
  • A chest of drawers, a lovely antique French painted piece
  • A built-in wardrobe with double hanging space, providing plenty of room for your suitcases and bags

Shower Room

Next, let’s explore the shower room. It includes:

  • A sink

  • A shower cubicle tucked behind the door

Outdoor Area and Hot Tub

Now, let’s head outside to the garden. The outdoor space includes:

The hot tub is designed for four people, adding a touch of luxury to your stay, even though the Barn sleeps just two.
