We know a lot of guests are excited to make the most of their private hot tub experience, but if you’ve never used one with a cover lifter before, it can be a little unclear at first.

This short video is all about removing and replacing the lid safely and easily, so you can enjoy your soak without any hassle. Whether you’re staying in one of our Barns or Cottages, this guide applies to all of our hot tubs equipped with a cover lifter.

Hello, this video is all about showing you how to use your hot tub—how to lift the lid and put it back.

So, all you do—we have this thing called a cover lifter, and this acts as a little frame that holds the hot tub lid in place. And it’s in two parts. It folds in the middle.

All you do is this: you lift it up first of all and drop it down there. And then the cover lifter here—you pull that, lift it up, it sits there.

And when you want to close it, when you’ve finished (I’ve turned this one off by the way so I’m not fighting over the noise of bubblers), all you do is put it down to there, and then hold on to that and drop it down there.

That’s it—it’s as simple as that.
