Our Barns and Cottages

Shelter from the world in your very own Suffolk retreat. Seven of our eight holiday havens on land include their own private hot tub, and there’s also a fully enclosed two-acre communal meadow for our canine guests to go bonkers and make new friends.

Our Dutch Barges (think of them as floating Holiday Cottages)

Escape to one of our quirky restored Dutch Barges, which have both featured in The Times ‘Best of’ lists: one in a feature on the ‘Best Love Nests’, and the other in the ‘Best Unusual Holiday Homes in the UK’.

We have a romantic Barge moored at The Tidemill in Woodbridge, an idyllic bolthole for couples or small families, and a cavernous one on the quay at Snape Maltings, a haven for family and friends. Both Barges offer stunning river walks in either direction and are a stone’s throw from great dog-friendly pubs and a range of boutique shops, coffee shops and delis.
