What’s Included at Casa Trebbio in Tuscany

Hello, it’s Carl here! In this blog post, I’m going to walk you through exactly what’s included when you stay at Casa Trebbio, our beautiful holiday home in Tuscany, just outside Lucca. Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway or just curious about the details, I’ve got everything covered.

Navigating the Website

First off, if you visit the homepage of our website, you’ll find a range of options on the left-hand side, including a drop-down for Accommodation. By selecting What’s Included, you’ll be directed to a page that provides a full list of what’s included, specifically for our Suffolk Barns, Cottages, and Barges. However, this also highlights the amenities available at Casa Trebbio. Here, you’ll find details about the kitchen, terrace, and everything else you’ll need for your stay.

The Terrace Experience

Let’s start with the Terrace, one of the standout features of Casa Trebbio. It includes a pizza oven, a barbecue, and a stunning granite table with plenty of seating. We provide cushions, loungers, and a parasol, so you’ll be fully set up to enjoy the Tuscan sunshine in comfort. Pizza lovers rejoice! We even offer everything you need for a fun Pizza Night In, complete with instructions to help you make the perfect pizza.

The Kitchen and Dining Area

Stepping inside, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials and more. You’ll find a toaster, kettle, microwave, cooker, and a fridge-freezer (with a little freezer compartment at the top). We provide all your pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery, as well as items like tea towels and even balsamic vinegar (because you’re in Tuscany, after all!). The kitchen leads into the dining room, where there’s a beautiful oak table with four leather chairs, perfect for sharing meals. And if that’s not enough, you’ll be treated to a stunning view out of the window, facing east, where the sun rises over a picturesque pink church.

The Lounge

Moving into the lounge, it’s all about comfort. There’s a large leather sofa, complete with cushions and a cosy blanket. We’ve also provided a smart TV and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Oh, and yes, we do have a picture of a cow – it’s quite charming! The lounge is full of delightful items, many of which I’ve personally sourced from antique shops in the UK. The view from the lounge is absolutely breathtaking, with two windows offering panoramic sights over Lucca and the surrounding hills, including the famous Piazza in the distance.

The Bedroom

In the bedroom, we’ve combined comfort with elegance. There’s a gorgeous slab of walnut with hangers for your clothes, along with plenty of storage space in the form of drawers. We also provide luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, as well as towels for the bathroom. Whether you’re getting ready for a day of exploring or winding down for the evening, everything is provided to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is another standout feature. It boasts a wet room, complete with a sink, bath, and shower. We provide all the essentials, including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and, of course, towels. And yes, even the bathroom has a view – overlooking the stunning Tuscan countryside. In fact, I even had the window lowered and a bath fitted so that you can relax and take in the scenery of Lucca from the comfort of the bath.
