Our Loyalty Scheme TOGS is beating industry standards

Since we started our Loyalty Reward Points Programme TOGS 18 months ago at the beginning of 2024, we have now given back over £8,500 to loyal returning guests. That’s a lot of money for a little business, I think.

Whether you’re in business or not, you will be aware of the value of customer loyalty, and I’m delighted to say that our rate of returning guests is currently higher than it is ever been!

Over one-third of our guests come back for more.
I first started tracking repeat business levels around 10 years ago and I was chuffed that around a quarter of our bookings were from guests who had been before. This level has grown consistently over the years and is now at a staggering (I think so) 34%. That is over a third of our business coming from loyal guests!

Better than all the rest
In the world of independent holiday accommodation, the industry standard for repeat bookings typically sits around 10–15%. So the fact that we’re now seeing a return rate of 34% is something we’re incredibly proud of. It puts us well above the norm for independents, and it’s clear that our TOGS Loyalty Reward Points programme has played a big part in that growth.

Who gives you extra?
Whilst we were already at a high level of repeat business at the start of 2024 we introduced TOGS, our Loyalty Reward Points Programme to sweeten the deal. In a nutshell we offer 10% of every stay as a discount off your next. Whilst we do everything in our power to make your stay the best it can be, we also like to add value wherever we can.

I consider this a real win-win. We win because we have a higher level of repeat business than we have ever had before, which is also way above in industry standards. You win because we keep adding value wherever we can. Simples.
