Exclusive news! New Royal Mail stamps and first day covers released today, April 1st 2024!

Ever since we came to the attention of The Royals when we discovered an article about Woodfarm Barns & Barges in a book in the gift shop at Sandringham, we have had close Royal ties. Well, I have a Sandringham scarf. Close enough.

And now, we are absolutely delighted to receive this new honour! We never imagined in a million years that there would ever be a set of new Royal Mail stamps and first day covers to commemorate our contribution to Great Britain, nay the world!

A set of four stamps has been issued using the Woodfarm brand colours, and will go on general sale from today, 1st April 2024.

And as if that wasn’t exciting enough, there also a set of collectors first day covers on sale too!

In a statement to the press it is believed that King Charles may have said, “One is well chuffed to have one’s head on this very special commemorative set of Royal Mail collectors items. One would suggest that you snap them up sharpish as they are likely to rocket in price, and be proper sought after. Don’t say one never warned you.”

A mint set of all four stamps can be yours for just £199, and the first day covers are £299 for all four. There is a limited edition set of all eight available for just £999.

All payments to be made in cash in a brown envelope and left behind the bike shed at Woodfarm.
