How to Contact Us at Woodfarm: Chat, Social, and More
If you’re new to Woodfarm Barns and Barges, you might notice a little chat box pop up on our website. It’s not a bot, though a lot of people think it is. That message actually comes from me—Carl—and it goes straight to my phone. This chat platform, called Intercom, allows me to help you directly with any questions you might have.
How Our Chat Feature Works
When you visit our website, a chat box will appear, asking if I can help with anything. You can simply type your message, and I’ll reply as soon as I can. The only times I won’t be able to answer immediately are if I’m driving or having one of my well-deserved afternoon naps! Otherwise, your message will reach me directly, and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
Additional Ways to Reach Out
While chat is quick and easy, it’s not the only way to get in touch with us. You can also:

- Call our number listed on the website
- Email us
- Message us on social media

A Quick Tour of Our Website
On our homepage, if you scroll down, you’ll find all sorts of useful information about our Barns and Barges. When the chat box pops up, it will say something like, “Carl from Woodfarm here. I can help you with the booking process if that makes it easier.” Clicking on it will take you to a direct chat window, where you can ask any questions you have.
