Directions and some extra info for your Woodfarm break

By

This is your guide on how to get to Woodfarm Barns, as well as links for planning your break, arrival & departure info etc. Save it to your phone and you’ll have a smooth trip!

We’ll be in touch just ahead of your stay with final details.

Directions

Take the A1120 Suffolk Tourist Route through the village of Stonham Aspal. Go past the Church on your right and the village School on your left, then go through the village and take the first right, signposted ‘Crowfield Church’.

We’re just over half a mile down the road on the right. You’ll see a sign for Woodfarm House, Meadow View Cottage and The Granary Barn. For all the other Barns take the second right (you’ll see a sign for them too)

  • For Woodfarm House take that first driveway on the right and then straight down the main drive. You will see a sign for Woodfarm House Parking on your right. It’s best to reverse into here as it’s easier to drive straight out. Just walk to the side of the house, signposted ‘Pedestrian Entrance’, and you’ll find a gate signposted ‘Woodfarm House’. That’s yours.
  • For Meadow View Cottage take the same first driveway on the right and then immediately right to the Five Bar Gate, signposted ‘Meadow View Cottage’. Don’t go down the main drive. You can park inside or outside the Five Bar Gate, it’s up to you.
  • For The Granary Barn also take the first driveway and you’ll see the Barn straight in front of you to the left. The parking on the left in front of the Barn is all yours.

  • For all the other barns, take the second driveway into the car park. Please park up and walk through to the barns. They all have a sign with their name on. Alde Barn is first on your left, Deben Barn is the next one. Gipping Barn is the left hand side of the large Barn at the bottom of the drive, and Orwell Barn is the right hand side (the front door and sign are well hidden by the hedge). Stour Barn is the one to the right. You can drive to your Barn to unload and then just pop the car back in to the Car Park.
