You’ve heard of ‘Build a Bear’ right? Those shops where you can go in and pick all the components to make your very own bear? We can now exclusively reveal that we have made a limited edition of six Woodfarm Barns to represent the six Barns at Woodfarm HQ! There are over 400 Build-a-Bear stores across the planet, and we are aiming to beat that. Ok, we only have six Build a Barn kits at the moment, but you gotta start somewhere!
Thanks to the wonders of modern technology (Andrew’s 3D printer) we are giving away mini Build a Barn models of;
We decided to keep Woodfarm House and Meadow View Cottage out of it as Andrew has no straw to print the thatched roof with!

- Seven of our Barns & Cottages have Private, luxurious Hot Tubs!
- We have Visit England Gold Awards for ALL TEN of our properties, PLUS their coveted ROSE Award for service excellence in 2022!
- When we say ‘dog-friendly’, we really mean it. We’ve built a reputation for truly embracing our four-legged guests instead of merely tolerating them. Each of our Barns has a dog washing station, and we give all our canine guests dog treats and their owners Woodfarm branded poop bag holders!
- We also have two awesome Dutch Barges for larger groups too!
- And as if that wasn’t enough, we have a place in Tuscany as well!
- At our Barns, we have an amazing, fully enclosed, two-acre Dog meadow, so the hounds can run around and socialise, and ALL our private gardens are fully enclosed too. If you’re worried about safety on our Barges, we provide Doggy life jackets too!
- All eleven of our places to stay have Dog towels and bowls.
- We have comprehensive guides to Dog-Friendly pubs, restaurants, historic sites, places to visit, walks, beaches, etc. There is much more than you can ever do on just one stay with us!

The prize is a FOUR-NIGHT MIDWEEK BREAK at The Granary Barn @ Woodfarm Barns in Stonham Aspal, Suffolk. It is to be taken between 31st October 2024 and 28th February 2025, subject to availability, excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Easter, School and Bank Holidays, etc. You have a full four months to take your FREE BREAK!
It’ll be for up to two adults and up to three dogs.
You will also win, as will five runners-up, your very own Build a Barn. For the avoidance of doubt and for people with the IQ of a Trump voter, we are NOT giving away any of our actual Barns in Suffolk. That would be stupid. We are giving away a total of six 3D-printed mini Barns for fun.
This competition will run through until May 4th so we can announce the winner on our 15th birthday on the 9th May 2024. We will draw our WINNER using an online random number generator. Every entry goes directly into a secure spreadsheet with a corresponding number. We’ll email every entrant at that time, win or lose to let you know who won. There is no cash alternative.
Please note that we cannot announce the winner first on Social Media, it has to be by email. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of notifying you that you have won, we will pick another correct entrant until someone responds. By entering you do consent to us announcing your name on Social Media once you have accepted your prize. We won’t divulge any personal info of course, it’ll just be your name. We’d obviously really appreciate it if you could then shout it from the rooftops though!
Victor Meldrew clause: If all that doesn’t suit you or you are of the opinion that “no-one ever wins these” then feel free to not enter and gaze at your navel instead. We have given away so many prizes over the years to some very happy people, but you’ll never be one of them if you bumble through life with Meldrew shaped chips on your shoulders.
