Discover Our Idyllic Locations in Suffolk
Hello, it’s Carl here! This video is all about our locations, as we often get asked, “Where are you?” Sometimes, we even get asked, “Where aren’t you?” To clarify, we do not have properties in Wales, the Outer Hebrides, Timbuktu, or anywhere else outside Suffolk, with one exception.
Our accommodation is primarily based in Suffolk, with one property in Tuscany. The Suffolk-based business is our main focus, featuring eight barns and cottages located in Stonham Aspal. Nestled in the heart of Suffolk, our properties are situated down a leafy country lane.
Explore Our Barges
In addition to our barns and cottages, we have two charming barges near the coast. Onderneming, our large and spacious barge, sleeps up to eight people and is moored at Snape Maltings. Meanwhile, Twee Gebroeders sleeps 2 to 4 guests and is located on the River Deben in Woodbridge.

You can find more details on our location page by navigating to Accommodation > Location. Here are the postcodes for our properties:

- Twee Gebroeders in Woodbridge: IP12 1BW
- Onderneming at Snape Maltings: IP17 1SP
To make things even easier, we use the What3Words system for precise locations. Each property has a unique What3Words address, which we’ve listed on our website. These references are both functional and amusing, like Stour Barn, which is “attacks.empire.eggplants”.
