By

Spring is an exciting time in Suffolk. A simple drive through the countryside will reveal a landscape bursting with nature and wildlife. From blossoming flora to newborn animals, there’s an air of vitality in every forest, field or farm.

However, it’s not just the rural areas that are having all the fun. Suffolk towns are full of life as the days become warmer and us locals migrate to our favourite hotspots for delicious seasonal grub and fun activities.

With plenty to see during this time of year, there’s no better place to rest your head than Woodfarm Barges. Our historic Dutch barges are located in Woodbridge and Snape Maltings – ideally situated for your Suffolk holiday. Both barges are within easy reach of popular landmarks, and can easily accommodate a family and up to three dogs.
