Breakfast Basket
One of the main things that our guests are wowed by is our Suffolk Breakfast Basket with locally sourced produce including eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, bread, butter, milk, jam & marmalade, fresh fruit, cookies etc. We have Veggie, Vegan and GF options too!
We also supply all your tea, ground and instant coffee, and sugar.
Tourist info
We have Welcome folders in every property, with a ton of Tourist Info. We have spent years compiling a plethora of info on what to do and where to go, and we have put as much as we can into these folders.

Bedroom
All your bedding and Egyptian pure cotton bed linen is provided, as well as throws. You have a hairdryer, bedside tables, clothes hanging space, and posh wooden coat hangers too.
Ooh, and we have fans for the summer!
Casa Trebbio in Tuscany has a full aircon system!
Bathroom
All our Barns, Cottages & Barges have showers. Woodfarm House has a wonderful roll top, ball and claw-footed bath, and we even have a bath aboard our huge Barge Onderneming.
You’ll find fluffy cotton towels, loo rolls, luxury hand soap, all as standard, and all hot tub Barns & Cottages come with extra towels, robes and slippers.
Kitchen
All of our properties have fully fitted kitchens with pretty much every item you will need for a short break or holiday. We have fridge freezers, cookers, microwaves, kettles, toasters, pots & pans and all your cutlery and utensils, as well as crockery and glasses.
Garden
All our fully enclosed gardens have patios and are set up for Al Fresco dining with tables & chairs, plus a BBQ. They also have Doggy Shower Stations for mucky pups.
Tech
We have Free Wifi everywhere, and all the Barns and Cottages have Smart TVs. The Barges have TVs and DVD players, along with their own selection of DVDs too.
Parking
We have off-road parking with all the Barns & Cottages, and Onderneming has allocated parking spaces as it’s on a private quay. Twee Gebroeders is on a public quay, so parking is nearby, and we’ll send you all the info you need ahead of your stay.
Laundry facilities
We do have laundry facilities you can use at Woodfarm HQ, and over in Woodfarm Tuscany too.
Other bits & bobs
We provide Travel Cots and High Chairs on request, as well as Irons & Ironing Boards, Clothes Airers, Vacuum cleaners, Mops & Buckets. We have Laundry Facilities at Woodfarm HQ if required. And bikes! Free bikes! You won’t win the Tour De Suffolk on any of them, but you can have a good pootle around the lanes.
We provide logs at cost as your property is already heated. Onderneming has a Woodburner in addition to full central heating, as do all the Barns. Woodfarm House and Meadow View Cottage have open fires. Twee Gebroeders doesn’t have a fire, but has full central heating, and a range cooker in the saloon, that kicks out a lot of heat too. We supply matches with all the properties with log fires.

We also have Woodfarm-branded giveaways too. We have mugs, travel sweets, doggy poop bag holders, and trolley coins (they double up as key rings and dog tags!).
This website
We have spent around a gazillion hours producing the very best online showcase that we can. It includes countless quantities of info to make your Woodfarm experience amazing. You can also contact us in a whole bunch of ways, so please do. Happy to answer any questions, and help you book. We have a chat platform called Intercom, which is a little pop up box, plus you can email, phone the landline or mobile, you can Whatsapp, text, and contact us on our social media pages.

Fresh air
We are so fortunate at every single property we have, to be blessed with fresh country or coastal air. You can have as much as you want, and it’s all free! Bring a bag and take some home with you!
