Perhaps it was the time we emphatically declared that the Suffolk Broads are far superior to their Norfolk neighbours. Whatever it was that gave us up, we’re certainly big believers that staying at either our Barges or indeed Barns for rent in Suffolk, would not be complete without nipping to the coast, especially if you’re planning on joining us for a romantic getaway. Another way of enjoying the waterways of Suffolk as a couple is to pop over to Ipswich where it’s possible to rent a boat that can be used to traverse the River Orwell. Taking you along a truly historic waterway, this river provides outstanding views of wooded riverbanks, landmarks and the all important riverside pubs that provide comfortable views overlooking the surrounding backdrop.
