Bringing Your Dogs to Our Holiday Cottages, Barns, and Barges
Welcome to Our Dog-Friendly Accommodation
Hello, it’s Carl here! This little video is all about dogs and the number that we allow at our holiday accommodation. Since we started the business, we have definitely built a strong name for ourselves within the dog owner market. However, first and foremost, our Cottages, Barges, and Barns are for human beings, and we want to make sure that we are not overrun. That said, we are still very, very dog-friendly.
Our Dog Policy
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have a limit on the number of dogs allowed. We state that three dogs are very welcome on each Barge, in each Cottage, and in each Barn. However, we do allow some flexibility. If you have more than three dogs, please drop me a line and get in touch. Typically, I will usually say yes to four dogs, but we just want to make sure that we have a limit somewhere.
Booking Your Stay with Dogs
If we say yes to four dogs, here is what you need to do:
- Homepage Booking: From our homepage, when you’re booking, you can click on the little button at the side that takes you to our booking page.
- Selecting Your Dates: Scroll down to the calendar, pick your preferred dates, and accommodation. For example, choose Gipping Barn for three nights with two adults.
- Adding Dogs: Click “Book Now,” which takes you to the next stage. This is where you get asked whether or not you have any dogs. If you don’t have any dogs, just press continue. If you do have dogs, select the number of dogs (up to three) at no charge. If we’ve agreed on four, select three and let me know in the notes that four is okay as per our conversation.
