Navigating the Prices and Availability Page on Woodfarm
Hello, it’s Carl from Woodfarm Barns and Barges. In this quick guide, I’ll walk you through our Prices and Availability page. Whether you’re ready to book or just checking out our options, this guide will help you navigate the process with ease.
How to Check Prices and Availability
To start, click on the “Book Now” button on our website. This will take you to the Prices and Availability page. Here, you can easily check the prices and available dates for all our properties. Just scroll down to find our simple availability calendar.
We offer various booking options to suit your needs:
- Two or Three-Night Weekends: Starting from Friday.
- Four-Night Midweeks: Starting from Monday.
- Five-Night Midweeks: Starting from Sunday.
- Seven-Night Stays: Available from Friday, Sunday, or Monday.
If you need a different arrangement, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For our properties in Tuscany, the booking options differ slightly, with three-night weekends from Friday, four-night midweeks from Monday, or a full week starting from either Friday or Monday.
Selecting Your Dates and Property
Once you’ve decided on your dates, simply scroll down the calendar. For example, if you’re interested in staying at Orwell Barn from the 14th of June 2024, click on that date. You’ll then be asked to select the duration of your stay – most guests choose two, three, or seven nights, but longer options are also available.
After selecting your stay length, indicate the number of adults. The total price for your stay will appear immediately. For example, a three-night stay might come to £593.64.
Bringing Children and Dogs
If you’re bringing children, we can provide travel cots, high chairs, and even extra bedding for toddlers. Just let us know your needs.
For those bringing dogs, after selecting “Book Now,” you’ll be asked how many dogs you’re bringing. Dogs stay free at Woodfarm, but if you’re bringing more than three, please contact us, as we’re usually happy to accommodate more.
Deposits and Payments
When booking, a £100 deposit is due, with the balance payable one month before your arrival. If you’re booking within a month of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Completing Your Booking
The booking form will ask a few more questions, such as whether you’ve stayed with us before. If you’re a returning guest, you can redeem points from our loyalty rewards program, TOGs. You’ll also be asked if you’d like to spread the cost of your stay interest-free.
You can specify how you heard about us, the reason for your stay, and choose your breakfast basket preference – traditional, vegan, veggie, or gluten-free. If you’re traveling with a partner, you can add their email address as well.
Finally, select your payment method (MasterCard, Visa, or even cheque), agree to our terms, and complete your booking.
