One of the highlights of your stay is our complimentary breakfast basket, perfect for getting your day off to a great start. We offer traditional options with bacon, as well as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices. Whether you’re staying in a Barn, Cottage or Barge, we have tailored breakfast options to suit all dietary needs.

Tourist Information at Your Fingertips

We want you to make the most of your stay, so we’ve provided extensive tourist information in every Barn, Cottage, and Barge. You’ll find folders packed with local insights, alongside QR codes that link you directly to relevant pages on our website. We’ve invested countless hours ensuring you have all the information you need for a memorable break.

Bedroom Comforts

At Woodfarm, we believe that a good night’s sleep is key to a great holiday. That’s why we provide all your bedding, including luxurious 300-count Egyptian cotton bed linen and cosy throws. You’ll also find a hairdryer, ample hanging space, and other bedroom essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Well-Equipped Bathrooms

Our bathrooms come fully stocked with everything you might need. We provide toilet rolls, bath mats, luxury hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and more. For our hot tub Barns, we even include extra towels, slippers, and robes to ensure your experience is as relaxing as possible. Oh, and one of the most common questions on this subject is “Can we use our Woodfarm Hot Tub all year round?”

Fully Stocked Kitchens

Our kitchens are equipped with a wide range of utensils, from potato mashers to champagne flutes. We provide all your crockery, cutlery, and glassware, along with kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and sugar. You’ll also find olive oil, vinegar, dish cloths, tea towels, and luxury hand soap. Every property includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, and kitchen roll, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Technology and Entertainment

Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, available in all Barns, Cottages, and Barges. Each Barge is equipped with a TV and DVD player, and in Tuscany and all our Barns & Cottages, we’ve added a Smart TV for your entertainment. Whether you’re catching up on your favourite shows or browsing the web, we’ve got you covered.

Parking and Miscellaneous Essentials

We offer convenient parking at all of our Barns and Cottages, and while parking at our Barge locations may differ slightly due to their unique settings, we’ll provide you with all the necessary details before your stay. Additionally, we supply travel cots, high chairs, stairgates, Hoovers, mops, buckets, and more. We even throw in some Woodfarm merchandise, like branded mugs and key rings, to make your stay extra special.
