TOGS Loyalty Reward Points mean that every stay becomes even more rewarding. For every pound you spend, you earn TOGS Loyalty Reward Points worth 10% of your spend towards your next relaxing getaway. Rewarding your pocket as well as your soul!
Lots of businesses, us included, give incentives for new customers to bring them into the fold. But TOGS is all about rewarding our loyal customers. We want to give back to our guests, time and time again. They keep booking as they love coming to stay, so we want to say thank you.
Half a century in the making
This unique idea was born from a 50-year friendship that started way back at junior school. Carl Scott (Woodfarm Barns, Suffolk) and Mark Goode (The Orange Tree, Norfolk) are both veterans of the holiday industry. Every time Carl and Mark meet up they inevitably talk about work. On a trip to Woodfarm Tuscany, the conversation turned to loyalty reward schemes. We both wanted to create a scheme that was better than the usual boring corporate nonsense. So we did.

Why TOGS?
We wanted to add a little sweetener that worked like ‘Air miles’, by rewarding your loyalty with money off your next stay, according to what you’ve already spent.
What do both destinations have in common? Luxurious accommodation and comfy stays. You may have noticed that when you stay, you use a bed instead of an aeroplane. Our beds have snuggly duvets, so we thought of ‘TOG Points’. That’s too long, so we shortened it to TOGS!
Remember; you can redeem your TOGS at either of these tranquil havens. Imagine earning points just for enjoying your peaceful retreat!
Launching for 2024
TOGS is our way of saying thank you. And here’s a bonus… for all new bookings made from now on, we’re retrospectively awarding points for your most recent break, so you begin your next adventure with savings in the bank! In a nutshell, if you’ve stayed before, we will award a discount of 10% of that stay, off your next one! And we’ll keep doing it!
Why do we have so many loyal guests?
We are so blessed to continually have around 25% of our bookings from guests who have stayed before. This isn’t accidental. We go to great lengths to ensure that you love your stay, and want to come back, as well as recommend us to your family and friends.
We continually ask why this is. The feedback seems to centre around consistency. Everything from our standards of cleanliness, to the little touches we are known for, and the authenticity of our credentials, backed up by well in excess of 1,000 Five Star reviews on Tripadvisor, Facebook and Google.
So should you be loyal to us? No! Not unless we deserve it and earn the right. That’s what motivates us.

How does it work?
Book your 2024 or 2025 break and we’ll do the rest! Yup, it’s that simple!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
With TOGS Loyalty Reward Points, you will be rewarded every time you visit us.
For every £10 spent, one point is earned that can be redeemed on your next stay. One point is worth £1, so if your last break was £350, you’ll earn 35 points, ie £35 as a discount off your next stay. Don’t worry about the maths, we’ll do everything. You just tick the relevant box on the booking form.
We will apply your TOGS Loyalty Reward Points as a discount and amend that new booking. If your break is fully payable on booking, we will simply refund your TOGS value to your card.
We cannot apply your TOGS Loyalty Reward Points retrospectively to a booking already made. This is for new bookings made from now onwards. We will, as stated though, award TOGS for your next booking if you have already stayed. In a nutshell, if you have stayed before and you make a new booking from now, we will apply your TOGS for that new booking.
TOGS can’t be used in conjunction with any other price reduction offer. In this case, we would simply carry your TOGS forward to your next booking. You won’t lose them.
Please note that this scheme may be subject to change at any point.
Woodfarm, and The Orange Tree are independently owned small businesses. We are not huge corporate entities, so please understand that the ethos behind this scheme is to reward our regular guests, and for those guests to be able to try out the other destination as well. This scheme will naturally evolve over time.
We reserve the right to withdraw, change or alter the terms & conditions and the operation of the scheme, including values. If we decide to do so, we will seek to let you know in reasonable time, by displaying notices on our website.
TOGS Loyalty Reward Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
